When you ask Card Grading to analyze a card, the photos you select and the analysis prompt are sent through our processing service to provide identification, condition-estimate, value-estimate, or chat features. The app also sends an app-installation identifier to apply scan limits and subscription access.
On-device information
Your saved card history, folders, and app preferences are stored on your device unless you choose to share or export them. Removing the app may remove locally stored information according to your device settings.
How information is used
We use submitted card images and prompts to return the analysis you requested. Card Grading is not a professional authentication or grading service, and analysis results are estimates only.
Service providers
We use service providers to process AI analysis requests and to provide subscriptions. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting images or chat messages, remove saved items from the app, and contact us with privacy questions. We may update this policy when the app or our practices change.
Website measurement
We use Cloudflare to count page views, calculator use, and App Store link clicks. Our analytics records contain the event type, the website page, the date, and a broad referring-source category (such as search or direct). We do not store IP addresses, raw referrer URLs, search queries, calculator inputs, cookies, or visitor identifiers in this analytics database. Records expire after 90 days. Counts are events rather than unique visitors or confirmed app installs.
Website measurement respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser settings. Cloudflare also processes requests to deliver and secure the website under its own applicable policies.
